Kareem Mitchell is a Toronto-based artist, urban design architect, and designer who employs various visual techniques through creative exploration. With a passion for innovation, Kareem’s visual approach has garnered him recognition among industry experts in architecture, fashion, and education. His interdisciplinary interests have led him to undertake artistic and academic projects in Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Kareem developed an interest in fashion through collaborations with emerging fashion designers and by participating in and contributing to numerous fashion shows in Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver. As an artist and designer, Kareem’s work aims to evoke emotion through the amplification of colour and form. His artwork is currently exhibited at the OAG (Ottawa Art Gallery), and he has successfully launched a clothing line based on his artwork at the 2023 RunwayTO and Fashion Art Toronto.
